No one ever made a big deal out of it before. Back in fifth grade, we had a mouse problem at school, and the janitor was going to use mousetraps. I thought that was cruel.
The trainer my parents got me was awesome. He trained a bunch of kids, and twice a week he’d let us work out together. It was fun, and I made friends with the other kids in the group. By the time summer came, I lost almost all the weight I’d gained, and I was hanging out with my new friends from the training group. I could tell my parents were relieved.
